We seen your complaint recently, Thanks for registering your complaints...
Our staff taken a decision correctly because our staff not taken decision without investigate... After you mute, Unmute and get the ss for your chat and review the mute history then only your badge removed
And you asking explanation in main, our staff informed raise the complaints in forum and answer will get. But you argued I not raised complaint for badge, so far we thought, you not raised complaints but you registered. Thanks for complaining

Our answer is As you are staff in our chat and now you are in panishment.
As a staff you know if any user asked about other app, you have to informed to us. But you asked that user to as what app. So you like to chat with that user outside the chat. So our staff reviewed your mute history and chat ss, then taken a action is correct.. Proof

Is the only reason for removing your badge

If any doubt see your mute history.

Don't teach to us for how our staffs will act. Because you are panished staffs so you not qualified for that.. As you not a perfect staff only you were panished!!!!!!

Vruh thanks for replying firstly and do u think am dumb enough to accept the accusations the irresponsible staffs has been doing this again. I haven't asked that guest id for WhatzApp and still you guys need to grow up and it's not am asking about WhatsApp its what app means what is the app she asking for. How can i bluntly accuse someone like your staff did, i need a solid proof right I waited for that moment but instead of getting her red-handed i was got muted. Then the honorable irresponsible staff and don't accuse me once again for such things i haven't done. Better you guys have some understanding skills among yourself else ask the user whether he done or not don't bluntly accuse me.
One more thing i haven't asked explanation for the badge removal in main "i just asked why the badge has been removed " for that you're respectful sensitive staff GunTur RaaYaN gave a reply" don't argue in main if you have anything please file a complaint" that's what he said. If you want that proof just scroll and check it. Yez i am here to tell your responsible staff what he had done by misunderstanding himself that am asking for WhatzApp, somebody convey this message to his and Radha ears that am not here to take any of them outside the site.
And coming to the point yeah i was waiting for the id to give me by posting some other app so which i can use it as a proof but i got muted for asking what app for that your honorable staff mistaken it as am the one asking for whatzapp. And you guys are telling us that if any complaint has been filed, we staffs will take the action within 48 hours. Did you guys taken any action/given any reply within 48 hours. If not better don't use such timings again.
Thank you. I hope I made my points clear. If not better arrange some meeting i can't keep on waiting here for such blunt accusations the staff and the owner kept on me. Am here to acknowledge him that i haven't done anything wrong here and for misunderstanding the text as something else he should be responsible for his actions and the action should be taken on him as well for his inappropriate action taken on me.

and for your kind information we have removed your badge for your mute' What app ',
not by blaming that u asked whatsapp,
we staffs are not irresponsible fools to blame someone
 we unmuted you and saw your screenshot and we understood what context u have asked..........
what if you haven't got mute and that guest have given some app name ,
u would have gone to her right,and moreover if you are really genuine
when the guest asks id,u would hv reported ,
u wont ask what app,don't spin us stories
The day 1 you said u won't file complaint i no need badge in mains,
and day 2 u have filed complaint ,
what we staffs have to sit and watch did viper posted something in forum?
Lmao we have other works..........
And your case file is closed,
your badge has been removed for asking
 what app to the guest,mind it,
and
we provide badges to someone who repents their mistake and apologise
Not for the ones who argue always they are right,
