✨Incase user is unhappy with the decision that staff made, can be reported to the Superadmin/owner/founder in private.
✨Incase users demand an explanation for the action taken by Owner then the explanation shall be given to them in pvt with all due respect.
✨If you have any complaints or unresolved conflicts on the superadmin/owner/founder, you can register a complaint in thamzhini chat forum. You will get a response from the Thamizhini team within 48 hours - who are head of all Thamzhini chats

✨Please inform one of our staff that you have filed a complaint on the forum. If not it would take more than 48hours.
